ABOUT THE SENIOR CENTER The Mosholu Montefiore Senior Center is a program for active, mobile seniors, age 60 and over. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am until 4:00pm. A variety of activities, including exercise, fine arts, lectures, health-related discussions, BINGO, crafts and computer classes are offered weekly, as well as special events and day and overnight trips. A full sit-down luncheon is prepared and served daily according to standards set by the New York City Department For The Aging (DFTA) and the New York City Department of Health. Funding is provided through DFTA, UJA-Federation and various private funding sources. The Senior Center is a program of the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center.
